Level 7 - Another favour

Quest Starter:	Short description:
This Quest appears automatically.	Go to BlackSmith Hand over the fishing rod to the Fisherman Hand the Delivery note over to the BlackSmith

Needed Quests:

Needed Items:	Reward:
Fishing Rod Delivery note	5.000 Yang

Solution:
Start by going to the blacksmith he will give you a fishing rod that u must give to the Fisherman. From him you get a delivery note to the blacksmith.

Other:
You do nothing, it's just a pure running quest. The items do not appear in inventory The Blacksmith says that if you deliver the Fishing Rod, he will do your next (Only the first upgrade after the Mission is complete) item upgrade for free. It isn't true. If you want to upgrade something, either it fails or not, it will cost you Yang and the required items, but the Blacksmith promised you that your next upgrade will be free. What a liar!
