This Quest appears automatically.	Go to Blacksmith Kill White Oath Soldiers, until you have the Golden axe of Blacksmith Return to Blacksmith

Solution:
By hunting White Oath Soldiers you should get the Golden axe of Blacksmith that you have to return to the Blacksmith
