Soon	Go to Soon Go to Uriel Go to Soon ("Bird, Triple, Water, Cranewing")

Solution:
First you go to Soon, he wants to know the strenght of the 4 fans. So then you go to Uriel and ask him. Return to Soon now and give him the answer "Bird, Triple, Water, Cranewing"

You must remember the exact answer because Soon will give you 3 options, and you must select the correct one.
