Solution:
Go to the Dragon Force Teacher. The quest is to kill Proud dark Colonels, until you get the Temple scarf and the Temple Doctrine, that you deliver back to Dragon Force Teacher.
 
Other:
Proud dark Colonels con be found mostly on 4th and 5th level of the temple.
