Solution:
You have talk with the hunter on the 2nd map, and then kill Elite orc sorcerer in valley of Seungryong, until you get a Diary Page. Some players get a drop after the first 10-20 Elite orc sorcerer, others only far over 100. So do not give up! Then you return to Uriel and collect your reward.
