Function

If sucessfully read the book an certain type of Skill level will be raised.

This item is not used in quests.

There are 54 different types of Skills you need to read the right book to raise your skill level.
You need 20,000 EXP.
After reading a book you have to wait 18-30 hours until you can read a skill book for that skill again. The average waiting time is 24 hours.
